Shipping policy

United Kingdom:

In order to fulfill delivery we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service at default. All orders are tracked and delivered within two working days. AMBIENT BEAUTY LTD is not held responsible for what happens after the order has been delivered. 

Orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched on the same day and orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched the next following working day, Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday after 12pm or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday morning.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery Service:
    Orders below £40: £1.99
    Orders above £40: Qualified for free delivery

Additionally we also provide faster delivery service if the orders are needed at earliest or next working day. Therefore they may be additional charge.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery Service:
    Orders below £40: £3.49
    Orders between £40-£99.99: £2.99
    Orders above £100: Qualified for free delivery

International:

We regret to inform you that we do not ship internationally. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping:

We strive to ensure you receive your order promptly and within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. In the event of a delay due to busy periods or insufficient stock, you will be notified immediately via email.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect billing or shipping information, or when shipping to an address other than the billing address. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are entered correctly when placing your order to avoid any delivery delays.

Orders that are returned to use due to incomplete or wrong address or no one collected the order or any other reason, a £5 charge will apply for us to resend the order.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. This email serves as your receipt of purchase and can be printed for your records. Upon dispatching the item you shall receive an email which includes tracking information.
