Refund policy

At AMBIENT BEAUTY, we provide a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your orders to request for a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your orders must be unused, undamaged, unopened, with tags and in its original packaging. Returns cannot be processed after the 14-day cooling-off period, so please initiate your return as soon as possible. 

When initiating a return request make sure it is sent from the same email address it was placed with. To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@ambientbeauty.uk.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 111E, Dormers Wells Lane, Southall, London, UB1 3JA

If your return is accepted, you will have to ship your return back to us as we do not offer free returns. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Faulty and Damaged Goods:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we may request photographic evidence via email. If you need assistance with this process, our team is available to help via email or chat via website. We will cover any return postage costs for items that are faulty or damaged.

How to Return a Product

For most returns, you can use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class service or Tracked 48 service. For items valued between £50-£100 or more, we recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery. Please retain your proof of postage until you receive confirmation of your return. We recommend using adequate packaging, such as a padded envelope or postal box, to prevent damage during transit. 

We will notify you once we've received  and inspected your return. We shall inform you if the refund requested is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunds on your original payment method within a maximum of 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

In unlikely circumstance the refund has not arrived and 10 days window have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at support@ambientbeauty.uk
